Just wanted to share my recent panel discussion for Clevver Style TV! In case you’re not already subscribed to this amazing channel on fashion and celebrity style you can do so here. Brianna, the host, and the rest of the Clevver team were amazing, and we chatted about stars like Ashley Greene, Jennifer Lopez, Christina Milian and Lea Michele on the red carpet. So enjoy the video above and leave a comment on the video!
On another note, I also learned some quick tips for being on air that I wanted to share with you!
1. The Kim Kardashian face sculpt…I’ve been meaning to do a video tutorial on this for a while, but basically it’s where you smear light concealer on your eyelids, under your eyes and around you nose up until your temple, making a triangle. You then add bronzer in a three shape, with most of it concentrated under your cheekbone. It frames your face.
Did you know you were supposed to use bronzer like this? I used to always put it ON my cheekbones and on the bridge of my nose. Sorry if my description is a little hard to follow, I promise I will do a video for you soon. Anyway, it slims the face and looks really good under studio light, really good!
2. Wear bright lips…As I’ve recently shared I am into the red lip, and after checking out other videos from Clevver Style I realized that most of the guests on there wear BRIGHT colors. It just looks better on camera.
3. Do not wear a button down. When you mic-up you have to string it under your blouse, and hook it between one of the buttons…you can be left with an unfortunate gap. Just don’t.
4. Get a blowout by Naomi at JuanJuan Salon in Beverly Hills! She’s my savior, and well worth the investment for your special occasions. She also did my hair for my wedding two years ago. You can call her directly at 310.696.9949
Okay, those were all my tips, hopefully I get invited back again! Tweet me your thoughts on who you thought was the best dressed star in our panel and feel free to share your own on-camera tips in the comments below! You know, in case you’re reading Oprah…
