You know who Elizabeth Olsen is right? She’s the younger, taller, acting sister of the Olsen twins. As if her last name weren’t enough, Olsen is actually an incredibly actress and has some great style! She decided to show off that style this month in the September fashion issue of Glamour magazine, which was guest edited by Victoria Beckham. I know! So many fashion people! Anyway, when I saw these pics last week I drooled! Her buttoned-up, military inspired looks are confident, chic and in a word—iconic! So, let’s take a look at her looks, and I’ll give you some recommendations to get the look. Too many looks? Yeah, probably…

Olsen Look 1
So for the top right look we have Olsen wearing a Burberry skirt, shirt and jacket. Her gloves are by Sermoneta. This is the PERFECT outfit for Fall! It’s fun, chic and yet still appropriate for a woman in early 20s or 40s. If the red gloves (or any bright color) are too much for you, try nude, which will still offset a green army colored coat. Oh, and that figure on her tee is an owl! See my selections for Olsen’s look below!
Olsen Look 2
In the look on the bottom right we have Olsen rocking one of my favorite trends: stripes! She pairs it with another one of my favorite trends a vest. The busy stripes playing off the simple nude vest by Michael Kors is beautiful. I specially love how the vest buttons low, great for elongating your torso. So…how do you replicate the look? Well first, the stripped dress or top is available almost anywhere from J.Crew to Net-a-porter. For the nude vest, that’s a little harder to find, but you can always dub a trench dress to get the look! See my picks below!
Olsen Look 3
Okay, now this is of course my favorite look! Sequins, check, folded over leather booties, check and a great white blouse … the staples in every woman’s closet right? Her jacket is by Ralph Lauren, as are her pants, and her boots are by Giuseppe Zanotti. Oh, and just because she’s that kinda fancy girl she added a Fred Leighton diamond brooch…iconic? You betcha! So…how do us mere mortals wear this look? Exactly the way she did, Peter Pan boots, diamonds and all! See my suggestions below!
Oh, and just so you know, she likes to go by the name Lizzie!
