Miley Cyrus looks like a cross between Alvin the Chipmunk and Pink…but at the same time, weirdly, very hot. I, like the rest of America, am not quite sure why she decided to maim her hair, but it almost works for her…almost. She is wearing Emilio Pucci, and that dress is the best dress that I’ve seen in a LONG time.
Rita Ora. Okay, hear me out. This is a very casual awards ceremony. You have to give this new girl credit for bringing flair to the red carpet. Her pant suit is fierce and her shoes are Sergio Rossi (read: also fierce).
