Sunday Style Talk: CR Fashion Book, Anna Wintour as Ambassador, Lindsay Lohan Selling Clothes, Chanel in Scotland & Rockettes’ Beauty


How has your week been? Mine has been busy with a big project, my Stylecaster holiday post and my Melinda Maria giveaway. In other things I’ve also adopted a lifestyle change of healthy food and exercise. There isn’t too much news in fashion as everyone is getting ready for the holidays. Pre-Fall 2013 collections are starting to trickle in though and I’ll be sure to share my favorite picks with you this week. So..for this week’s StyleTalk…

1. CR Fashion Book Sells Out (Fashion Telegraph UK)

The debut issue of Carine Roitfeld’s magazine CR Fashion Book has sold out according to its publishers, Fashion Media Group LLC. The 50,000 copies printed initially for the mid-September launch have been snapped up at £14 a pop, so 15,000 (More, here)

Lindsay Lohan’s could literally be selling the shirt off her back. Lindsay is allegedly flogging off her valuable clothes, shoes and accessories in order to make ends meet, according to RadarOnline. She reportedly sent off her little sister Ali (More, here)

4. A Castle for Karl: Chanel’s Scottish Metiers D’Art Show (via Fashionista.com)
