In case you haven’t heard I’m in Milan for Fashion Week this season. One of the designers that I saw yesterday was Roberto Musso. While his name may not be household in the States it should be. His Spring 2013 collection was based off the idea of mixing prints and fabrics. Models marched down the runway in neutral hues like white, banana, dusty pink, ecru, pastel, terracotta, which were then layered with stripes and romantic cuts.
Besides the dresses with invisible seams and sensual designs, my favorite pieces were the jackets and blazers. Specially a silk-blend color-blocked blue one. I could re-imagine 100-ways to wear it. Alone, with shorts as styled, to work or even over a ball-gown…we were very amused.
