LONDON show ROOMS Los Angeles stopped by ACE Gallery for the second season in a row to showcase some of Britain’s brightest new talents. Designers included: E. TAUTZ, JONATHAN SAUNDERS, LOUISE GRAY, MARIOS SCHWAB, MARY KATRANTZOU, NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD,PETER PILOTTO, RICHARD NICOLL, ROKSANDA ILINCIC and TODD LYNN; and a collection of designers that have been flagged as “ones to watch,” that included: DAVID KOMA, HOLLY FULTON, J.W. ANDERSON and MICHAEL VAN DER HAM.
If you ask anyone who has attended London Fashion Week, British designers are not afraid to take risks and usually lead the pack in amazing prints, colors, cuts and fabrics. While guests enjoyed cocktails sponsored by Voli, the designers posed with their models, chatted up stylists and editors and enjoyed being in Los Angeles.
