How I Refresh During New York Fashion Week

If you’ve been reading my blog lately you’ll notice that I am in New York City this week  attending New York Fashion Week. While the experience can be exhilarating it can also be exhausting. Running between Lincoln Center and downtown show venues can be draining, and keeping my energy up and my spirits high is challenging. That’s why it’s important that I take a few minutes every morning to meditate, read the local news and while I’m in the city running around drink a Tall vanilla latte at my office—the Starbucks on 16th Street and 8th Avenue— where I’ve been writing most of my posts this week.

While I’m not a big coffee drinker and usually stick to Starbucks’ chilled drinks, there’s just something comforting and relaxing about the smooth and warm drink. The atmosphere in the store is also relaxing and I can people watch models and fashion week attendees running between Milk Studios and Pier 59 shows.

When I return to Los Angeles later this week I may have to skip the coffee again, due to the warm weather, but I am excited to try their new Starbucks Refreshers™ Ready To Drink drinks. Filled with real fruit juice, Ginseng and B vitamins I’m sure it’ll give me the same boost I’ll need throughout the day, and will be the perfect companion to my morning meditation.

Each beverage is a sparkling, delicious boost of natural energy from Green Coffee Extract you can enjoy anytime. With real fruit juice, B vitamins, ginseng, antioxidants from vitamin C and only 60 calories per can, it’s a pick-me-up you can feel good about.
